During the summer months your products might encounter extreme temperatures due to uncontrollable weather. Tallow melts between 85-90 degrees. If your product arrives melted, contacts us for instructions on how to rewhip your item. The melting process does not remove your products potency in any way and its still very usable! Because of this, we will not be offering returns or exchanges for melted products.

At 5M Farm, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re pleased to offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact us at to initiate your return.
Exceptions:
While we take great care to package your products securely, melted or softened tallow balms due to temperature fluctuations during shipping are not eligible for return. Rest assured, this does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product, and it will solidify again if stored at room temperature.
